Attributed to the French design era 1930s. Highly stylized and sculptural, possibly Roger Feraud, an iconic designer. The wear is consistent with age and there is no structural damage. Absolutely wonderful in its authentic state. The base is wood and metal. Black iron with painted wood balls for holding up the clothing. Authentic original condition.
