A very comfortable, high-quality chair, and I suspect a KEM reproduction. The cushions are big and spacious, as well as thick and supportive when you sit.
In the manner of Gilbert Rhode and KEM (K.E.Martin Weber),a Streamline Moderne design of the 1930s. Tubular chrome body with advanced leather-like, pebbled black cushion coverings. Originals are designed by Weber and were produced in the 1930s by Lloyd Manufacturing Company, a division of Heywood-Wakefield.
Condition: Vintage but appears nearly new. Some etchings on the chrome and some pulls on the bottom edge of the seat cushion. Price accordingly.
